What happened
The Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy due to rent arrears. A previous eviction order was issued on October 23, 2025. The Tenant requested a review of this order. During the review hearing, the parties reached a consent agreement to cancel the previous order and implement a structured repayment plan for the outstanding arrears.
The ruling
The request to review the previous eviction order is granted, and that order is cancelled. The Tenant is ordered to pay $3,670.00 in arrears via monthly installments of $160.00 starting December 20, 2025, through September 2027, with a final payment in October 2027. The Tenant must also pay current rent on time. If any payment is missed, the full balance becomes due and the Landlord can apply for eviction without further notice.
