What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective November 30, 2023. The Tenants must vacate the unit by that date. The Tenants owe the Landlord $10,771.22, which includes compensation for use of the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by November 30, 2023, they will owe interest at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
