What happened

Tenants applied for an order determining that the Landlord gave a notice of termination in bad faith. The Landlord served an N13 notice to convert the rental unit into a bunkhouse for seasonal farm workers, but the Tenants alleged the Landlord did not genuinely intend to do so and instead wanted the Tenants to vacate the unit.
