What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $12,850.99 by June 30, 2024 or $15,515.98 by July 1, 2024 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must move out by July 1, 2024 and pay the Landlord $8,588.88 plus daily compensation of $87.62 from June 14, 2024 until move-out.
