The tenancy is terminated effective June 26, 2023. The tenant must pay the landlord $9,887.85 in rent arrears and $57.29 per day in compensation for continued occupation starting June 16, 2023. If the tenant does not pay the full amount by June 26, 2023, the tenant will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
