What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $6,442.50 by June 30, 2023 or $8,185 by July 11, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $5,845.80 to the Landlord and $57.29 per day in compensation starting June 21, 2023 until the Tenant vacates the unit.
