The ruling
The tenancy will be terminated unless the Tenant pays $12,356.70 by April 30, 2023 or $13,712.83 by May 31, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $10,368.04 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by May 31, 2023. The Tenant will also owe daily compensation of $41.58 from April 14, 2023 until the move-out date.
