What happened

The ruling

The tenancy will be terminated on May 31, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $2,668.38 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction. The Landlord is entitled to daily compensation of $50.06 for the Tenant's continued occupation after the hearing date.
