What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated and the Tenants must vacate the unit by February 11, 2024. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Landlord is authorized to deduct $68.68 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting February 1, 2024 until the Tenants move out. The Landlord or Tenants shall pay any sum of money owed as a result of this order.
