What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $31,906 to void the order by December 23, 2023. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by December 23, 2023 and pay the Landlord $22,941.66 in rent arrears and application costs, minus the rent deposit and interest.
