What happened

Tenants applied for an order determining that Landlords and Former Landlords failed to meet their maintenance obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 or failed to comply with health, safety, housing or maintenance standards. The application was resolved by order LTB-T-012831-22 issued on January 8, 2024. The Former Landlords requested a review of the order.

The ruling

The previous order is cancelled and a new hearing of the Tenants' application will be scheduled. The Former Landlords' request to adjourn the proceedings sine die is denied.
