What happened

The Landlord, a corporation, applied to terminate the tenancy due to non-payment of rent and persistent late payments. The ruling

Additionally, they must pay daily compensation of $52.10 from March 26, 2025, until they vacate. If the Tenants do not move out by April 2, 2025, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
