What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $50,186 by November 26, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant vacates, they must pay $35,186 to the Landlord. If the Tenant does not pay or vacate by November 26, 2023, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
