What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $8,612.87 on or before April 17, 2024. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $5,034.17 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by April 17, 2024. The Tenant will also owe daily compensation of $56.20 for each day of occupation after March 28, 2024.
