What happened
The Co-op applied for an order to end the occupancy of the Members unit and evict Mike Roy and Julie F. Roy (the 'Co-op Members') because the Co-op Members, another occupant of the Members unit or someone the Co-op Members permitted in the residential complex has wilfully or negligently caused damage to the premises.
The ruling
The Co-op is awarded half the compensation claimed on the application, which is $900.00 towards the cost to repair the wood frame damage. The Co-op Members' occupancy continues if they meet the conditions set out in the order to pay the $1,101.00 (including the $201.00 application filing fee) in installments.
