What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 19, 2023, the Tenant must move out and will owe the Landlord $16,386 plus daily compensation of $59.18 starting February 24, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
