What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $15,936 by June 30, 2023 or $18,186 by July 8, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $12,798.74 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by July 8, 2023.
