The tenancy is terminated effective June 23, 2023. The tenant must pay the landlord $1,205.31, which includes the remaining rent arrears from the previous order and daily compensation for use of the unit after the order was issued. If the tenant does not pay the full amount by June 23, 2023, they will owe interest starting June 24, 2023.
