Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlord in good faith requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation for at least one year by the Landlord's son.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective June 30, 2023. The Landlord shall apply the rent deposit to the last month of the tenancy and pay the Tenant $84.53 for the period from October 15, 2015 to June 1, 2023.
