What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the tenants pay $43,386 by May 12, 2023 to void the order. If the tenants do not pay, they must vacate the unit by May 12, 2023 and the landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction. The landlord must repair or replace the washing machine by May 31, 2023.
