What happened

The ruling

Unless the Tenant voids the order, the tenancy was terminated effective April 2, 2024. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant is ordered to pay $20,812.89 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears up to the hearing date and the cost of filing the application, minus the rent deposit and interest, and the rent abatement awarded to the Tenant.
