What happened

Tenant applied for an order determining that Landlord harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant, entered the rental unit illegally, altered the locking system without providing replacement keys, and disposed of the Tenant's property before 72 hours had elapsed after the Tenant was evicted.

The ruling

The Tenant's application is dismissed as the Landlord has established that the rental unit is exempt from the Residential Tenancies Act as it was intended for short-term, seasonal rentals to the vacationing public.
