What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Landlords in good faith require possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation for at least one year.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated and the Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before August 31, 2022. If the unit is not vacated on or before August 31, 2022, the Landlords may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. The Tenants shall also pay the Landlord compensation of $72.33 per day for the use of the unit starting July 1, 2022 until the date the Tenants move out of the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the Landlords the full amount owing on or before August 31, 2022, the Tenants will start to owe interest at 3.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
