The ruling

The parties agreed to a 13% rent discount to $2,000/month starting December 1, 2020, and a payment plan for the $9,996 rent arrears. The Tenants are to pay $833/month from December 2020 to November 2021 for the arrears, and pay the current rent by the 5th of each month during that period. Failure to make any payment will result in the full arrears becoming immediately due and the Landlord can apply for eviction.
