What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Landlord's requirement of the rental unit for personal occupation. The Landlord served a valid N12 Notice to the Tenant, but the Tenant disputed the Landlord's good faith intent to occupy the unit.

The Landlord's application was dismissed as the Adjudicator was not satisfied that the Landlord required the unit in good faith for the purpose of residential occupation.
