What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to maintain full-time student status at the university, which was a condition of the tenancy agreement.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 7, 2014. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $170 for the application fee and $150 in costs to the Landlord and Tenant Board. If the unit is not vacated by October 7, 2014, the Tenant must pay the Landlord $32.52 per day in compensation for use of the unit until the date the Tenant moves out.
