What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant, and because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective October 3, 2021. The Tenants must move out by October 3, 2021. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by October 3, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance starting October 4, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by October 3, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
