What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant wilfully causing undue damage to the rental unit and seriously impairing the safety of others in the residential complex.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 31, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date and pay the Landlord $175 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owed by July 31, 2021, they will start accruing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
