What happened

The ruling
The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $6,600 in rent arrears up to December 31, 2021, and $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 1, 2022, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
