What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective July 31, 2022. The Tenant owes the Landlords $27,976 in rent arrears. If the arrears are not paid by July 31, 2022, interest will start accruing at 2% annually on any outstanding balance starting August 1, 2022.
