Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenant to vacate the superintendent's unit because the Tenant's employment as superintendent has ended.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated as of November 15, 2021. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before November 15, 2021. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $30,595.77 for compensation for the use of the unit from May 5, 2020 to November 4, 2021, and an additional $55.73 per day for compensation for the use of the unit from November 4, 2021 to the date the Tenant moves out. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $175.00 for the cost of filing the application.
