What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 10, 2022. The tenant must pay the landlord $9,190.07 in rent arrears and application costs, plus $19.04 per day in compensation starting December 31, 2021 until the tenant vacates. If the tenant does not pay the full amount by January 10, 2022, the landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction. The tenant can void the order by paying $9,384 by December 31, 2021 or $9,963 by January 10, 2022.
