What happened

The ruling

The Tenant must pay $400.00 monthly from February 1, 2022 to October 1, 2022, with a final payment of $381.00 on November 1, 2022. The Tenant must also pay regular monthly rent on time. If the Tenant fails to make any payments as scheduled, the Landlord may apply for eviction within 30 days of the breach.
