What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant or someone Tenant permitted causing undue damage, substantially interfering with the Landlord's rights, and seriously impairing the safety of any person.
The ruling
The Tenant shall not impair the safety of any person by exiting through his window and/or using a rope to get to the ground level, and shall not remove or tamper with the smoke detector alarm in the rental unit. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant fails to comply with these conditions within a 12-month period, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
