The parties consented to an order where the Tenant shall pay $1,136.42 in rent arrears and the Landlord's application filing fee. The Tenant shall also pay current rent on the 1st of each month and $150 towards the arrears on the 20th of each month. Failure to make these payments will result in immediate eviction.
