What happened

Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to the Tenant carrying out unauthorized demolition and renovation work in the rental unit, which seriously impaired the safety of other tenants and caused undue damage to the premises.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before September 11, 2022. The last month's rent deposit and interest shall be applied to the last month of the tenancy.
