The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective June 30, 2020, the date the Tenant vacated the unit. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $1,500 for the reasonable costs of repairing the damage and/or replacing the damaged property, less the rent deposit and interest, for a total of $547.70. The Tenant is also ordered to pay the $175 application fee.
