The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 14, 2022. The Tenants must vacate the unit by February 25, 2022 and pay the Landlords $11,903.42 in compensation for use of the unit from July 1, 2021 to February 14, 2022, plus $51.98 per day from February 15, 2022 until they move out, and $186 for the application filing fee.
