What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's behavior substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant, and the Tenant wilfully or negligently causing undue damage to the premises.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 27, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $460 for the cost of repairing the damage and $190 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 27, 2021, they will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
