What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 22, 2022, unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $4,273.15 on or before that date. The Tenant must pay $2,650.28 for rent arrears and compensation, plus $186.00 for application filing costs. Daily compensation of $29.60 is owed for each day of occupation starting February 12, 2022.
