What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after serving a valid Notice of Termination effective October 13, 2020 due to rent arrears.

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $5,580.84, which represents the amount of rent owing up to November 30, 2021 and the cost of filing the application. The Tenants shall pay this amount and rent that comes due according to a specified payment schedule. If the Tenants fail to make any one of the payments, the outstanding balance shall become immediately due and owing, and the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
