What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant gave a notice to terminate the tenancy. The Tenant's notice was invalid due to insufficient notice period, but the Landlord accepted it, resulting in an agreement to terminate the tenancy.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 31, 2022. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by this date.
