What happened

The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $2,187.00 in rent arrears, $60.00 in NSF cheque administration charges, and $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the full amount is not paid by December 4, 2021, the Tenants will start owing interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
