What happened

The ruling

The parties consented to an order where the Tenants will pay the Landlord $8,651.00 in rent arrears and costs, with a payment plan of $200 per month starting August 10, 2023 until February 10, 2027, and a final payment of $51 on March 10, 2027. The Tenants must also continue to pay the full lawful monthly rent starting July 1, 2023. If the Tenants fail to make any of the payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
