What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $242.00 on or before January 30, 2023. If the Tenant does not pay, they must move out by January 30, 2023. The Landlord is authorized to deduct $24.62 per day for compensation for the Tenant's continued occupation starting January 17, 2023.
