The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective July 17, 2022. The Tenant must pay $4,676.23 in rent arrears and fees, plus $70.56 per day from June 10, 2022, until they vacate the unit. If the Tenant does not pay or move out by July 17, 2022, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting July 18, 2022.
