The tenancy is terminated effective December 5, 2022. Tenants must pay $11,355.48 for rent arrears, damages, and filing fees, less rent deposit and interest. Daily compensation of $54.23 applies from December 6, 2022, until move-out. Eviction may be enforced if unit not vacated by December 5, 2022.
