What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation by the Landlord's spouse's child.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 31, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for eviction. The Tenants must pay $22.68 per day in compensation if they remain in the unit after June 1, 2021.
