What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The parties reached a consent agreement at the hearing.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 30, 2024. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement starting April 1, 2024. All rent arrears and future rent claims are waived. The parties have agreed to withdraw and waive all claims against each other, and to not contact or trespass on each other after the tenancy is terminated.
