What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Landlord has entered into an agreement of purchase and sale of the rental unit and the purchaser requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated, as of November 19, 2021. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before November 19, 2021. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $263.04, which represents compensation for the use of the unit from November 1, 2021 to November 8, 2021. The Tenants shall also pay to the Landlord $32.88 per day for compensation for the use of the unit from November 9, 2021 to the date they move out of the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before November 19, 2021, they will start to owe interest. If the unit is not vacated on or before November 19, 2021, then starting November 20, 2021, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
